The setup of the Channel Manager takes place during an online meeting, where we fully configure your property.

After the meeting:

• All your bookings will be synchronized.
• All future bookings will synchronize in seconds from Airbnb to other connected channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, GoDirect).
• You can manage prices from a single location.
• You can set OTA surcharges to make your property cheaper for direct bookings.
• You can configure booking rules.
• You can continue using discounts and price categories offered by intermediaries (e.g., discounts for stays longer than 7 days, cancellation policies, Genius discounts).
