Billing and subscription
No, you can pick from two monthly plans and you can get a 25% discount by choosing our yearly plan. You can cancel your subscription anytime from our admin interface.
1 unit refers to rooms/apartments that can be booked separately. A guesthouse rented as a whole = 1 unit. An apartment house with 8 separate apartments = 8 units. If you have more than one properties, the number of the total of the units is relevant
The number of properties are irrelevant. If you have 6 units on two properties combined, the price for 6 units will be relevant
The accommodation website builder and one of the booking system + Channel Manager plans can be combined, giving you an even more professional interface.
We invoice the day after the trial period ends and on subsequent billing dates. The minimum fee is billed for the current month, while the commission is billed for the previous month, as we only invoice for confirmed bookings. In the case of an annual fee, we invoice for one calendar year in advance.
The commission is calculated on bookings received through your own booking system and Channel Manager, not on iCal or your own blockings. For fixed-price plans, no commission is charged.
We only recommend the bonus package for off-season periods if you want to maintain the connection with booking agents. We can manage one connection per accommodation free of charge, so if you cancel and then restart the subscription, the reconnection fee will be 30,000 HUF + VAT.
All incoming bookings. If the apartment is connected to booking agents, it also applies to synchronized bookings.
If you choose the $14 + 2% commission plan, we include the commission ID on the invoice, which can be matched with the bookings on the admin page.
Yes, you can embed GoDirect into your website as a booking system, or even replace your existing website with GoDirect if it has become outdated.
You can subscribe in the My Property > Billing and Subscription menu of the admin interface by providing billing information and a credit card. Subscription is done through the reliable Stripe international payment service provider.
You can switch to our free plan on the admin interface. Pro features as iCal connections, automatic e-mails, custom domain will be disabled.
