Setting up a successful payment guest notification (Stripe)

Why is the successful payment e-mail notification important

Stripe allows hosts to inform guests about the successful deposit payment via automatic e-mails.

What is needed to set it up

You'll need a Stripe registration in order to use the online payment feature of GoDirect. You can set up the integration in Settings > Online payment integration.

How to set up the notification

You can easily set up the notification in Stripe

  1. Log in to your Stripe account
  2. Type in "customer e-mails" into the search field above
  3. Choose Settings > Customer e-mails
  4. Turn on Successful payments with the toggle
  5. Save your settings

Your guests will be notified about the successful deposit payment via an automatic e-mail containing a receipt.
